Everything you need to know before deploying your AI workforce — languages, pricing, integrations, security and timelines, for businesses across Africa and the UAE.

General

What exactly are AI agents?

AI agents are software workers powered by large language models. They hold real conversations on the phone, chat and messaging apps, understand intent, look up your business data and take actions — booking meetings, qualifying leads, answering policy questions — without a human in the loop for routine tasks.

Who is Cloud Nexa?

Cloud Nexa is a technology company headquartered in Dubai, UAE, that designs and deploys production-grade AI products for businesses across Africa, the Gulf and beyond. Our Cloud Nexa One platform powers AI agents for calls, chat, WhatsApp and email automation.

Will AI replace my team?

No — it removes the repetitive work. Agents absorb high-volume, low-complexity interactions so your people focus on complex, high-value conversations. Most clients redeploy staff rather than reduce headcount.

What results can I realistically expect?

Typical outcomes include 100% of inbound calls answered, around 80% lower cost per interaction versus a traditional call centre, near-instant response times and measurable revenue recovered from previously missed leads — most clients see the subscription offset within the first quarter.

Agents, Languages & Channels

Can the agents speak African languages?

Yes. English, Arabic and French are first-class languages across voice and text, with Swahili, Hindi, Urdu and 30+ more supported. Agents switch language mid-conversation based on the customer — essential for multilingual markets like Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.

Which channels do the agents cover?

One agent brain works across inbound and outbound phone calls, WhatsApp (official Business API), web chat, email and SMS — so customers get consistent answers no matter how they reach you.

How natural do the AI voices sound?

Our voice agents use neural voices with natural intonation and sub-second response times. Callers routinely don't realise they're speaking to an AI, and the agent never places anyone on hold.

What happens when a conversation gets too complex?

The agent detects complexity or sensitive intent — grievances, medical topics, high-value negotiations — and hands off to the right human with the full conversation context and a summary attached. Nothing gets lost in the transfer.

Which agents are available today?

Seven production-ready agents: AI Front Desk (receptionist), AI Voice Outreach (outbound calls), AI Pipeline Agent (autonomous selling), AI Support Desk (customer support), AI Knowledge Hub (private document assistant), AI People Ops (HR automation) and the AI WhatsApp Agent (conversational commerce).

Pricing & Deployment

How much do AI agents cost?

Pricing depends on channels, call volumes and customisation. Most clients start with a single agent on a monthly plan and expand from there. Because agents handle work around the clock, most businesses see the subscription offset by reduced staffing and missed-lead costs within the first quarter.

How long does deployment take?

A typical first agent goes live in about four weeks — one week each for discovery, training, integration testing and launch. Additional agents and channels reuse the same foundation, so they ship much faster.

Can I license the platform instead of individual agents?

Yes. Cloud Nexa One is our white-label, AI-as-a-Service foundation — your brand, your domain, your pricing. It's built for government programmes, large enterprises, telcos, financial institutions and system integrators deploying agents at scale for multiple clients from one dashboard.

Do I need developers or IT staff to run the agents?

No. Day-to-day management — training content, workflows, analytics — happens on a no-code visual dashboard. Our team handles onboarding end-to-end, and technical teams can extend anything via REST APIs and webhooks when needed.

Security & Compliance

Are the agents compliant with data protection laws?

The platform is aligned with GDPR and EU AI Act principles and supports UAE PDPL-ready data controls — encryption, role-based access, audit logs, and optional in-country or on-premise hosting for full data sovereignty.

Where is our data stored?

You choose: in-country cloud hosting, UAE-hosted deployment or fully on-premise installation — meeting national data residency requirements across your operating markets.

Which tools do the agents integrate with?

Out-of-the-box connectors cover popular CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), telephony (3CX), calendars, payment gateways and document stores (SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence). Anything else can be wired up via a REST API.

Can access be restricted for sensitive information?

Yes. Role-based access control means agents only retrieve documents and data each employee or customer segment is entitled to see, with full audit logging of every access.
