Cloud Nexa (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI agents and enterprise AI platform services to businesses across Africa, the Middle East and beyond. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or use our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to our website and to the Cloud Nexa One platform. Where we process data on behalf of a business customer, that processing is governed by our service agreement with that customer.

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number and company details when you contact us, request a demo or subscribe to updates.

We also collect technical data automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and referral source. This data is used in aggregate to understand site usage and improve our services.

Where our AI agents process customer conversations (calls, chats, WhatsApp or email messages) on behalf of business customers, that content is processed under the instructions of, and belongs to, the relevant customer.

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide and maintain our services, deliver demos and onboarding, send service communications, improve our products, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. Marketing emails are only sent with your consent and every message includes an unsubscribe link.

We process personal data where we have your consent, where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, where we have a legitimate business interest, or where we are required to do so by law.

We share personal data only with trusted service providers who help us operate our platform — such as cloud hosting, telephony and analytics providers — under strict contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We may disclose data if required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Cloud Nexa, our customers or third parties.

Your data may be processed in the UAE and in other countries where our providers operate. Where data leaves these regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

For customers with data-sovereignty requirements, we offer in-country or on-premise hosting options.

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control and audit logging — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see below).
